Production steps:
Step 1: all the ingredients of the pie.
Step 2: soften the butter, add low gluten flour and fine sugar, and knead evenly with hands to form the appearance of coarse corn flour.
Step 3: add water, knead into a slightly smooth dough, put into the refrigerator to relax for more than 15 minutes, preferably 1 ~ 4 hours.
Step 4: all the ingredients of Apple stuffing.
Step 5: peel and core the apple and cut it into small pieces.
Step 6: put the apple into the pot, add sugar and lemon juice, boil until the water is dry, then turn off the heat.
Step 7: add cinnamon powder and mix well.
Step 8: Apple stuffing.
Step 9: divide the flabby pie skin into two parts with the weight ratio of 2:1. Roll the big pie skin into thin slices.
Step 10: spread the rolled pie skin on the pie plate, and press the pie skin lightly with your hand to make the pie skin cling to the pie plate.
