Production steps:
Step 1: wash the black sesame, add 80g water and beat it into sesame paste with cooking machine.
Step 2: use the remaining 20g of water, add yeast, let it stand for a while, and then add it to the flour.
Step 3: add sesame paste and sugar.
Let it ferment in a warm room for about 45 minutes.
Step 5: take out the fermented dough and knead it repeatedly.
Step 6: flatten the dough and roll it into a rectangle.
Step 7: roll up the rectangle and cut it into small pieces.
Step 8: wake up for about 20 minutes, steam in cold water over medium heat for 12 minutes, turn off the heat and boil in 5 minutes

Fine granulated sugar: 20g
Yeast: 2G
Water: 100g
Note: there is no gauze under the steamed bread at home. I picked a few green vegetable leaves in the refrigerator and put them under the steamed bread. It's very easy to use. It doesn't stick at all after steaming.
