Production steps:
Step 1: get the materials ready.
Step 2: wash and chop the spareribs.
Step 3: shred the green onion.
Step 4: heat up the pan and fry the spareribs over high heat without adding oil.
Step 5: after the ribs are fried, if the ribs are thin and the oil is too little, add oil.
