Braised pork with salted fish
Introduction:
Production steps:
Step 1: soak the salted fish until soft, wash, drain and cut into 2cm cubes.
Step 2: wash pork, drain and slice.
Step 3: cut red pepper into strips and garlic seedling into inch segments.
Step 4: heat up the oil pan and stir fry the pork until the oil comes out.
Step 5: add ginger slices and stir fry with rice wine for a while.
Step 6: add soy sauce and cook until colored.
Step 7: add salted fish, stir fry evenly, add appropriate amount of water, bring to a boil over high fire, then cook over low fire for 20 minutes.
Step 8: add red pepper and garlic, stir well, and then cook for 2 minutes.
Step 9: add chicken essence, stir fry evenly, turn off the heat and put on the plate.
