Production steps:
Step 1: prepare all the ingredients.
Step 2: stir fry sesame in low heat until fragrant.
Step 3: peel and slice the purple potato into a bowl.
Step 4: cook in a steamer.
Step 5: wash the glutinous rice and put it into the electric rice cooker to make glutinous rice.
Step 6: put the honey beans into the blender and beat them into flour.
Step 7: put honey bean paste into a bowl and mix well.
Step 8: take out the steamed purple potato and press it into mud with a spoon.
Step 9: steam the glutinous rice, take it out and cool it a little.
Step 10: take a sushi roll, cover it with plastic wrap, and put in the glutinous rice.
Step 11: put a fresh-keeping film on the glutinous rice and roll it into a round cake with a rolling pin.
Step 12: remove the plastic wrap and spread half of the purple potato paste.
Step 13: then spread the honey bean paste on the other side.
Step 14: then roll long strips and use sushi rolls to help shape.
Step 15: remove the sushi roll and plastic wrap.
Step 16: Sprinkle the roasted sesame seeds on the top, roll evenly and cover them.
Step 17: cut into small pieces and serve.
Materials required:
Glutinous rice: 250g
Purple potato: 1
Honey beans: 150g
White Sesame: right amount
Note: purple sweet potato paste without sugar, has a very sweet taste. Honey beans can not be replaced by bean paste. Be sure to roll glutinous rice with plastic film to avoid adhesion. With sushi roller shutter, it is more convenient to help shape. When cutting the cake body, the knife can be dipped with some water, so it will cut better.
