Stewed beef with tomato
Introduction:

Production steps:
Step 1: cut the beef, add black pepper and marinate with cooking wine.
Step 2: wash tomato and cut into pieces.
Step 3: saute ginger and garlic in hot oil.
Step 4: pour in the marinated beef and stir fry.
Step 5: add a little soy sauce.
Step 6: add half of the tomatoes into the pot.
Step 7: add a bowl of water.
Step 8: when the water is boiling, add a piece of tangerine peel, cover the pot and stew until the beef is rotten.

Salt: 1 teaspoon
Note: half of the tomatoes are left behind for the final taste of a large tomato. Beef must be pickled in advance with lots of black pepper and cooking wine to make it less fishy. The salt should be put last. If you put the beef ahead of time, it won't be so soft and rotten.
