Production steps:
Step 1: Method: < br > soak salted cherry blossoms in cold boiling water for standby < br > put cold water in milk pot, add cabbage powder and stir evenly < br > bring to a boil over low heat (stirring clockwise will melt better) < br > add sugar and turn off the heat after stirring evenly
Step 2: separate according to the amount, add Matcha powder and cherry jelly powder respectively, mix well < br > cool them, pour them into the mold, and put them in the refrigerator (OK in 2 hours) < br > < br > (it's really a beginner's thing, but there's no picture of the steps)
Materials required:
Salted cherry blossom: 5
Water: 250 ~ 300g
Chinese cabbage powder: 3G
Sugar: 10g
Matcha powder: 3G
Strawberry jelly powder: 2g (or cherry jelly powder)
Canned yellow peach: 2 pieces
Note: * it's better to sift Matcha powder (this is the result I forgot) * cabbage powder solidifies quickly, and the amount should not be too much
