Production steps:
Step 1: cut spinach into sections
Step 2: shred carrot
Step 3: cut leeks into sections
Step 4: soak the vermicelli in hot water for 5 minutes, remove and drain
Step 5: break up the eggs and add some salt
Step 6: heat the oil in the pan, pour in leeks, spinach and carrots, stir fry with salt and cut off the raw
Step 7: put in the soaked vermicelli, stir fry and set aside
Step 8: oil the eggs in the pan and spread them into egg cakes. Before the egg liquid solidifies, pour in (7) and bake for one minute. Sprinkle with pepper and start to eat

Spinach: two
Leeks: a handful
Carrot: one
Eggs: three
Salt: right amount
Pepper: right amount
Corn oil: right amount
Note: red and green with eggs with side dishes, not delicious vegetables to see the children love to eat a plate, the end of the whole sweeping! ~~~~~~
