Spicy chicken
Introduction:

Production steps:

Chicken leg meat: appropriate amount (marinate with salt, cooking wine and chicken essence for about 10 minutes)

Dry pepper: right amount
Zanthoxylum bungeanum: right amount

Note: do not put so much pepper at home, but the taste is not the same.
