Introduction:
"Eating zongzi on the Dragon Boat Festival is another traditional custom of the Chinese people. There are many kinds of zongzi. Like sweet jujube, nuts, bean paste dumplings; like salty ham, egg yolk dumplings. There are various tastes and different packaging methods. Generally speaking, zongzi is a high calorie food. For the sake of their own health, when making zongzi, on the premise of not affecting the taste, the materials with less sugar, less oil and more fiber should be selected appropriately. Every year, zongzi is made in a variety of flavors. In addition to the son like beef dumplings, most of the dumplings will be mixed with coarse cereals or other sticky ordinary rice. In this way, the family can not only taste the seasonal food, but also ensure a healthy diet and balanced dietary fiber. The dumplings are cooked at one time and put into the refrigerator after cooling. Or directly soak it in cold water and take it as you eat (provided the stomach has enough tolerance). Production steps:
Step 1: prepare the glutinous rice. Wash with cold water.
Step 2: prepare the dried leaves.
Step 3: prepare wheat kernels, corn chips, mung beans, peas and sorghum kernels.
Step 4: after washing the glutinous rice, drain the water (without soaking).
Step 5: add appropriate amount of cold water to the frying pan and bring to a boil; put the dried rice dumpling leaves into boiling water and simmer for 2 minutes.
Step 6: take out the cooked rice dumpling leaves and wash them; cut off the top parts at both ends.
Step 7: mix and wash the coarse cereals, mix well with the glutinous rice.
Step 8: take two rice dumpling leaves and cross them into a funnel.
Step 9: add the glutinous rice.
Step 10: press the rice dumpling leaves tightly with your right hand and fold the rice in.
Step 11: then turn right and back.
Step 12: take a piece of cotton yarn and tie it firmly, not too loose.
Step 13: wrapped rice dumplings.
Step 14: prepare a large pot and put in the wrapped dumplings; the water must be added to submerge the dumplings; bring to a boil over high heat and cook over medium heat for 1 hour.
Step 15: cooked rice dumplings. Because the glutinous rice has not been soaked, the cooked dumplings are compact, firm and chewy.

Note: 1, stomach disease do not eat too sweet dumplings, gallstones, cholecystitis and pancreatitis, do not eat meat dumplings, egg yolk dumplings and too greasy dumplings. 2. When eating zongzi, it's best to drink tea at the same time to help swallow and digest. 3. Zongzi should be fully heated, boiled and softened before eating.
