Introduction:
"This kind of zongzi is made of black rice, peanut, glutinous rice and red jujube. Black rice has the functions of appetizing, invigorating spleen, warming liver, improving eyesight and promoting blood circulation. Jujube can also nourish Qi and blood. Production steps:
Step 1: wash black rice and soak for 12 hours.
Step 2: wash the glutinous rice and soak for 12 hours.
Step 3: wash the jujube and soak for 30 minutes.
Step 4: wash the leaves, steam for 20 minutes and soak until soft.
Step 5: mix peanuts, glutinous rice and black rice together. The water content of jujube should be controlled.
Step 6: prepare to make: take a complete Zongye and fold it as shown in the picture. Put in glutinous rice, rock sugar and red dates.
Step 7: cover with another layer of rice, keep the two ends of the rice dumpling leaves overlapped, and fold them back on the glutinous rice, and be sure to press them tightly. This is the key step to adjust the shape of zongzi to ensure no rice leakage.
The eighth step: finally adjust the ends of the leaves, cut off the excess parts, and bind them with cotton.
Step 9: hot water pot, the amount of water must not be more than zongzi! After boiling, keep medium high heat for 1 hour, then turn low heat to simmer for 1 hour.
Step 10: the cooked dumplings are hot. It's better to take them out and air them before eating.
Step 11: peel one while it's still warm.

Note: the hot water for cooking rice dumplings should not be over the whole body of rice dumplings. Boiling for two hours can ensure the soft and glutinous taste of rice dumplings. If you don't eat rice dumplings immediately, you can keep soaking in the pot for about 2 hours, and it can continue to soften. Moreover, rice grains are not easy to stick to the leaves of rice dumplings! Add hot water in the middle.
