Jujube zongzi
Introduction:

Production steps:
Step 1: soak the glutinous rice for 1 to 2 days, control the dry water for use, and wash the jujube slightly.
Step 2: brown sugar with a little water until slightly thick.
Step 3: mix the cooked sugar water into the glutinous rice and mix well.
Step 4: roll the leaves into a cone, put about half of the glutinous rice in the leaves, put dates in the middle, fill in the glutinous rice, and tie it up.
