Braised spareribs with soybean

Production steps:
Step 1: wash the spareribs with running water, then wash them with warm boiled water and drain them.
Step 2: soak soybeans in boiling water for two hours, wash and drain.
Step 3: wash garlic and ginger separately.
Step 4: pour soybeans, garlic and shredded ginger into the spareribs and add 2 spoonfuls of salt.
