Production steps:
Step 1: clean the glutinous rice and soak it in water for more than 3 hours.
Step 2: Chop pork into stuffing, add an egg white, stir in one direction, add onion, oil and salt, cooking wine and soy sauce.
Step 3: slice the carrot.
Step 4: drain the soaked glutinous rice, scoop the meat into a ball with a spoon, roll it in the glutinous rice, and roll it with your hand, so that the glutinous rice on the surface can be embedded in the meat.
