Production steps:
Step 1: wash pork and cut into small pieces.
Step 2: wash the wild bamboo shoots, cut them into sections and drain them.
Step 3: slice ginger and garlic.
Step 4: heat the pot with a little oil, add star anise and ginger slices, and then add pork and stir fry.
Step 5: stir fry pork over low heat until both sides are golden.
The sixth step: pour a little baijiu.
Step 7: add the soy sauce and stir well.
