Introduction:
"Carrots are mild in nature and enter the lung and stomach meridians. They have the functions of clearing away heat, detoxifying, removing dampness, dispersing blood stasis, invigorating the stomach and digestion, resolving phlegm and relieving cough, smoothing Qi, defecating, generating fluid and relieving thirst, tonifying the middle and tranquilizing the five zang organs."
Production steps:
Step 1: prepare 300 grams of carrots, 1 / 3 bowl of pickled shrimps and 1 / 2 bowl of minced meat (see Figure 7).
Step 2: shred 300 grams of carrot.
Step 3: cut the onion and ginger into small pieces.
Step 4: blanch the shredded carrot in the pot.
Step 5: put the blanched shredded carrot into cold water.
Step 6: take out the shredded carrot and dry it by hand.
Step 7: add 1 / 2 bowl of minced meat, chopped green onion and ginger and all other seasonings into the pot of shredded carrot.
Step 8: mix the filling evenly.
Step 9: 600 grams of fermented dough, 1 tablespoon of alkali.
Step 10: put the alkali into the fermented dough and knead well.
Step 11: cut the dough into small pieces of the same size.
Step 12: knead the small dosage pieces and roll them into a cake with thick middle and thin edge.
Step 13: take a cake and wrap it in carrot stuffing.
Step 14: after all wrapped into the pot, cover a little wake up for a while.
Step 15: put cold water into the pot, which is equivalent to 2 times of waking up. After boiling, steam over medium heat for 20 minutes, then finish the fire, and start the pot after 3 minutes.

Note: 1, fillings can be prepared according to their own preferences. 2. The rolled dough should not be too thin, otherwise it will affect the final expansion. 3. Don't start the pan immediately after steaming, let the pan cool naturally, otherwise the pasta will shrink when it suddenly encounters cold air.
