Production steps:
Step 1: prepare the fresh potatoes.
Step 2: prepare steamed fish, soy sauce, black pepper and cumin powder.
Step 3: gently scrape the skin off the potato (you can also tear it off by hand), wash it and cut it into small pieces.
Step 4: put the potatoes into a bowl, add the steamed fish and soy sauce, mix well and marinate for two hours.

Note: 1, small potatoes pickled with soy sauce is also OK. 2. You don't need too much oil to fry potatoes. Potatoes don't stick to the pan. 3. Fresh potatoes are easier to cook and don't need to be fried for a long time to avoid pasting. 4. The new potatoes are slightly sweet and can be pickled with soy sauce without additional salt.
