Production steps:
Step 1: weigh the high flour, egg, milk, sugar, salt, yeast and water, and put them into the bread barrel in turn.

Step 3: put a clean wet towel on the bread barrel, cover the toaster and let it stand for 2 hours.
Step 4: let the dough stand for two hours, as shown in the picture.
Step 5: add 30 grams of butter.
Step 6: start a dough mixing process again and knead into a smoother dough, as shown in the figure.
Step 7: divide the dough into five parts (I calculated: each small dough weighs 109G).
Step 8: shape five small dough and relax for 15 minutes.
Step 9: during the relaxation process, it is recommended to cover with a wet towel to prevent the surface from drying.
Step 10: take a small dough, roll it up and down from the middle, roll it into an oval shape, brush a layer of melted butter on the surface, and sprinkle with chopped dried cranberries and coconut.
Step 11: according to step 12, make five dough according to the method, and then stack them together to form a stacked dough, as shown in the figure.
Step 12: divide the patch into eight parts.
Step 13: put four portions into the bread barrel.
Step 14: stack the remaining four on top.
Step 15: select the yogurt program of bread noodles, set 45 minutes fermentation time (I set an hour), and then start the program.
Step 16: fill the dough to 8%, as shown in the picture.

Step 18: select baking procedure, set to light coloring, bake for 45 minutes.

Note: 1. The amount of water in the prescription is 80g, but my actual amount is 70g, which should be controlled according to the water absorption situation of flour. It is recommended that you do not pour it in at one time when you drain water. Generally, leave 10g of water, and then see whether the situation increases or decreases. 2. Cover with a wet towel to prevent the dough from drying and affecting the taste of bread. 3. In order to prevent excessive coloring, tin foil can be wrapped on the outside of the bread barrel, and the baking time can be shortened by 5-10 minutes. 4. Although the freshly baked bread is delicious, it is easy to cause stomach distension and discomfort if it is eaten at this time because the yeast function has not completely stopped. Therefore, it is suggested that the bread should be thoroughly cooled and the carbon dioxide in the bread should be fully discharged before eating. 5. As for the setting of fermentation time, although the original formula was 45 minutes, I found that it was less than 8% full during my personal operation. Therefore, I added it to 1 hour. This time is not hard. We should control it according to the fermentation temperature of each bread maker and the indoor temperature. The principle is that the dough should be sent to the 8% full position of the bread barrel.
