Production steps:
Step 1: heat the milk to about 30 ℃, add yeast and let stand for 10 minutes.
Step 2: mix flour, salt and corn oil evenly, pour in yeast milk, and stir with chopsticks to form flocs.
Step 3: knead smooth dough to soft place and ferment to twice the size.
Step 4: knead the fermented dough into smooth dough, cover with wet cloth and wake up for 15 minutes.
Step 5: knead the dough into long strips.
Step 6: cut the strip into the same size.
Step 7: put the preparation into the oiled steamer tray and wake up for 20 minutes.
Step 8: steam in cold water and high heat for 15 minutes, turn off the heat, simmer for 5 minutes, then turn on the pan and put on the plate.

Note: if you like to eat sweet steamed bread, you should add sugar when mixing noodles. The amount depends on your preference.
