Hongqigong roast chicken
Introduction:
Production steps:
Step 1: prepare the dead branches, preferably those of longan tree, because other branches have flavor.
Step 2: mix kaolin with water.
Step 3: apply the stirred kaolin on the grill, about 1 cm thick.
Step 4: wrap the chicken with lotus leaf. The lotus leaf should be wrapped more. I'm afraid that if there is a gap, the soil will fall into the chicken.
Step 5: put the chicken on the barbecue rack, then apply kaolin evenly on the lotus leaf, about 1cm thick.
Step 6: cover the chicken up and down with branches. You can't only bake the chicken down, but also on the top. Only in this way can the chicken be roasted evenly, and it should be roasted in high fire.
Step 7: two and a half hours later, tap the baked soil with a stick and peel it off.
Step 8: peel off the lotus leaf and you can eat it.
