Spicy shrimp tofu
Introduction:

Production steps:
Step 1: after blanching the tofu, cut it into small pieces, remove the head and thread of prawns, peel off the shell and wash it for use.
Step 2: heat the frying pan with oil, saute the ginger and garlic, add the bean paste and stir fry the red oil.
Step 3: add the boiled tofu and stir fry.

Pixian red oil bean paste: right amount

Wet starch: appropriate amount
Scallion: right amount
Note: 1. Douban sauce should be fried with red oil before adding other raw materials. 2. The tofu should not be broken after blanching. 3. Shrimps can be changed color, not fried more.
