Microwave Japanese roast chicken
Introduction:

Production steps:
Step 1: three yellow chicken clean, wipe dry water reserve.
Step 2: prepare the Japanese sauce.
Step 3: put the three yellow chicken into a big bowl, and prick some small eyes at the root of the chicken wings and legs with toothpick to make it easy to taste.
Step 4: pour the sauce into the bowl.

Step 6: marinate the chicken, put the drumstick into the belly, plate the head and put it on the baking plate.
Step 7: put the baking plate into the microwave oven; first bake it with microwave and high heat for 3 minutes, then take it out, brush a layer of sauce and bake it for 2 minutes; turn it over, brush a layer of sauce and bake it for 5 minutes with the same heat to make the inside of the whole chicken ripe.
Step 8: take out the roast chicken, pour out the sauce in the baking plate, brush with a layer of sauce and bake for 5 minutes in the microwave oven; turn it over, brush with sauce and bake for 3 minutes.
