Spicy cumin tofu kebabs
Introduction:

Production steps:
Step 1: cut the cross of tofu and divide each piece into two pieces.
Step 2: heat the bean curd with proper amount of oil, and fry both sides of the bean curd until golden yellow.
Step 3: fry the bean curd and serve.
Step 4: squeeze each piece of tofu into Korean chili sauce. (other chili sauces can also be used, personal taste is optional)

Old tofu (box): 400g
Korean chili sauce: 3 tbsp
White Sesame: 3 tbsp
Cumin powder: 1 teaspoon
Chives (chopped): 2
Bamboo sticks: 4
Note: Tips: 1, old tofu is North tofu, tofu do not cut too thin. 2. If you like other flavors, you can adjust the materials according to your own taste. 3. You can also use other chili sauce instead of Korean chili sauce. 4. Heavy flavor can be added seasoning.
