Delicious Stewed Beef Brisket with tomato

Production steps:
Step 1: the beef brisket I bought today is not very good. In fact, to make stewed beef brisket, the beef brisket must have tendons. I think it's tender.
Wash the beef brisket and cut it into pieces. Then put the beef brisket into cold water and cook it until the blood foam comes out. Then take out the beef brisket and set it aside.
Step 2: I didn't use tomatoes. I used this canned diced tomato. I used a whole can (if it's tomatoes, about three will be enough).
Step 3: cut the scallion, onion, ginger and garlic, put them on a plate and set aside.
Step 4: actually, this diced tomato is also very easy to use. In Vancouver, I always think their tomatoes are not delicious, so I often use this.
Step 5: open fire (our family is an electric stove, many people in foreign countries use this electric stove). First put the oil in the pot. When the oil is slightly hot, put in the scallion, minced ginger and garlic slices, stir fry a few times, and the fragrance will come out.
Step 6: put in diced tomatoes (I don't put in all of them here, so that the diced tomatoes won't melt at last, so I have some diced tomatoes left for the last time.) old soy sauce, raw soy sauce, a little oil consumption (I don't know how much old soy sauce and raw soy sauce I put in here, just not salty, not black, ha ha) continue to stir fry.
Step 7: stir fry a few times, put in the prepared beef brisket, then put a little salt, sugar, and black pepper, stir fry, simmer for a few minutes.
Step 8: at the same time, prepare the casserole (I added some hot water inside) and then pour the fried beef brisket into the casserole to stew.
Personally, I think it's delicious to stew in a casserole, but it takes a long time. It takes about an hour and a half to stew. If you use a pressure cooker, it takes about 40 minutes.
Step 9: after stewing for about an hour, I put all the remaining diced tomatoes into the casserole.
An hour and a half later, the pot came out, but I felt that the color was not very good-looking, so I suddenly put some cauliflower and green pepper, the color was good-looking, but my husband said that the whole stew, but it was still very fragrant, there were a lot of soup, but I could have a bowl of soup first (suddenly, it reminds me of my hometown's Tomato donkey meat pot).
The first time I did it, I felt pretty good. My husband and brother ate it all. I was very happy. Hahaha, it took a long time. Oh, I can't help it. Who told me that I like to stew in casserole.
