Production steps:
Step 1: soup seed: mix 20g whole wheat flour (replace with high flour) + 100g water, cook over low heat and stir until there are lines, turn off the heat, cover with plastic wrap, cool and refrigerate, use for 18-24 hours.
Step 2: prepare the material.

Step 11: first fermentation to 2.5 times the size.

Note: if you still don't understand the method of the 5 braids, you can say that 5 over 2, 1 over 2, 2 over 1, and so on. My coconut stuffing doesn't taste very sweet. If you like sweet, you can add more sugar when mixing the stuffing.
