Fried lettuce
Introduction:
"For the first time, please join us, thank you!!! This dish is sour, sweet and spicy, which is the taste of love. Come on, cut the crap and serve the dishes. "
Production steps:
Step 1: a large bamboo shoot is cut into strips, the top bar is as thick as that, 2-3cm long, too thin.
Step 2: put in 2 teaspoons of sugar.
Step 3: mix well and marinate first.
Step 4: put the asparagus mixed with sugar in the drain basket and let it out of the water (15 minutes), then start the ingredients.
Step 5: use 4 tbsp sushi vinegar.
Step 6: add 1 teaspoon of salt.
Step 7: stir 1 teaspoon of sugar in the top of the pile.
Step 8: put the drained bamboo shoots in a container.
Step 9: mix the juice and set aside.
Step 10: cut garlic into minced garlic.
Step 11: shred the dried pepper. If you like spicy, you can cut more.
Step 12: pile the garlic on the mixed green shoots (note that the garlic can't be spread, it's not easy to pour oil if it's spread).
Step 13: put pepper and pepper powder on the garlic.
Step 14: pile up the shredded chili, and then heat up the oil.
Step 15: heat 2 tbsp of oil with a super small stainless steel measuring instrument, put a bamboo chopstick down and bubble, about 1 minute (I use electric stove, open fire may not take so long).
Step 16: when the oil is ready, the wonderful thing is coming. Carefully carry a small pot of oil, and no one is allowed within a radius of 10 kilometers. Pour the boiling oil on the piled up soy sauce, and the smell is beautiful.
Step 17: quickly cover and simmer, don't call the fragrance run, ha ha.
Step 18: when all the people are ready, load the plate and serve. As much as we can guarantee, we will eliminate as much as we can, and there will never be a drop left.
Materials required:
Lettuce: 1 large
Sushi vinegar: 4 tbsp
Sugar: 3 teaspoons
Salt: 1 teaspoon
Garlic: 2 cloves
Dried pepper: 1
Pepper powder: right amount
Pepper: right amount
Olive oil: 1-2 tbsp
Note: when mixing cold dishes, I like to use sugar instead of salt to make water. The taste of dishes made with sugar is much better than that made with salt. It's very crisp. I don't remember which chef I learned it from. As for vinegar, I don't like white vinegar. I always think it's too industrial. I like to use sushi vinegar. Sushi vinegar has been flavored. I can add a little more. I can also use glutinous rice vinegar (the ratio of sweet and sour is 1 tbsp vinegar and 1 tbsp sugar). This is my first recipe. I hope my friends like it^_^
