Production steps:
Step 1: prepare all the ingredients, first make the pie crust: sift the flour and sugar, then add the softened butter
Step 2: knead the materials in step 1 into coarse granules, mix cold water, salt and egg yolk, and pour them into flour granules
Step 3: knead into a smooth dough, cover it with plastic wrap and refrigerate for more than 4 hours (at least more than 1 hour)
Step 4: then prepare the pie: put the pumpkin into the microwave oven for about 8 minutes, press it into pumpkin puree with a spoon after it is cooked, add milk in several times, stir well with Fanta, and add sugar to taste
Step 5: take out the prepared pie skin, roll it into thin dough with a rolling pin, spread the pie plate, press the bottom tightly, and roll the excess around with a rolling pin; let the pie skin relax for 10 minutes
Step 6: fork out rows of small holes on the surface of the pie skin and spread pumpkin stuffing

Step 8: put in pumpkin pie, bake at 200 ℃ for 10 minutes, change 170 ℃ and continue to bake for 25 ~ 30 minutes
