Production steps:
Step 1: sift flour, corn flour, sugar, baking powder and mix well.
Step 2: add yeast powder into 240ml warm water (30-40 ℃) and stir well.

Step 7: pour it into the mould (mine is a 6-inch cake mould with a diameter of 14.5-15cm and a height of 6cm). The second fermentation was carried out.
Step 8: after the second fermentation, add raisins or other dried fruits.
Step 9: boil water on the drawer, steam over high heat for 35 minutes, turn off the heat and cool for 10 minutes, and open the lid.
