Production steps:
Step 1: look at the weather forecast first. Choose a day without rain or wind for the next week. Scrape the pork and dry it.
The second step: seven or eight kg of weight, using a spoonful of five powder, three spoons of sugar, and a half bowl of Baijiu.
The third step: pepper, Baijiu, white sugar and five spices are poured into a basin that can be spent overnight in the fridge.
Step 4: pour the soy sauce again, don't pour too much at a time, stir the material evenly.
Step 5: put the pork into the refrigerator and stir it several times.
Step 6: remove after 24 hours.
Step 7: use chopsticks to insert a hole in one end of the cured pork.
Step 8: pull the rope out of the hole and tie it.
Step 9: get all the pork ready.
Step 10: find a place to drip dry the soy sauce.
Step 11: hang in a cool and ventilated place to dry.

Five spice powder: 1 tablespoon
High Baijiu: half bowl
Soy sauce: right amount
Note: salting process is not put salt, so the amount of salt is all from the soy sauce. The amount of soy sauce can not be too little, but also not too much, usually to the side of the pork, but not the pork.
