Pork ribs soup with white gourd and kelp
Introduction:
"It's been a long time, but it's very cost-effective to cook in winter. Ha ha."
Production steps:
Step 1: first chop the ribs into small pieces and wash them.
Step 2: cut the wax gourd into slices.
Step 3: blanch the cleaned spareribs with boiling water first, and then remove them for later use.
Step 4: put the spareribs in the pot again, and add more cold water than the spareribs. Then add a little cooking wine, ginger and green onion. Turn high heat to low heat and simmer for about 1-2 hours.
Step 5: stew the spareribs until soft and rotten, then add wax gourd and kelp to cook. Add a spoonful of salt before eating.
