Production steps:
Step 1: kill the turtle, wash it, chop it into pieces, and chop the old hen into large pieces.
Step 2: put water in the pot and blanch the chicken.
Step 3: blanch the turtle in boiling water.
Step 4: wash the boiled chicken and turtle together and put them in the casserole.
