Stewed chicken in thick soup
Introduction:
"The stone pot chicken is the frog that lives in the crack of the stone. It is bigger than the frog and smaller than the bullfrog."
Production steps:
Step 1: pretreat the stone chicken, wash it and cut it into pieces.
Step 2: add appropriate amount of salt, sugar, monosodium glutamate, Zanthoxylum powder and wheat starch into the stone chicken, stir well and refine for 20 minutes.
Step 3: start the oil pot, add lard, rapeseed oil, green onion and ginger, boil with proper amount of water, and then add the stone chicken in 2.
Step 4: after boiling for 5min, add salt and monosodium glutamate for seasoning, continue to cook for 1min, and then leave the pot.
Step 5: put the green vegetables in the soup pot and pour in 4.
