Production steps:
Step 1: knock two eggs into the basin and stir them into egg liquid.
Step 2: add the right amount of flour in the egg liquid, which can be added several times. Because there is no water, it can prevent the flour from putting too much.
Step 3: knead into a smooth, slightly hard dough and wake up for half an hour.
Step 4: roll it into skin, fold it and cut it into strips (there is no shooting process here, two hands are noodles). The thickness depends on my personal preference. I like thick strips.
