Production steps:
Step 1: clean all tools and control them to be dry and oil-free. Pick out rotten grape beads and shriveled grape beads. Step 3: put the grape fermenter in a cool and ventilated place. Grapes will ferment in about 12 hours, there are more bubbles in the grape juice. After fermentation, press the grape skin into the wine twice a day with sticks or chopsticks, and then cover it. For about a week or so, the bubbles decrease and there is no need to stir. Lazy people's practice is to ignore it from now on, put it for 1-2 months (according to the season and room temperature), when the grape skin and seeds float to the top, the bottom is the grape juice.
Step 4: filter out the wine juice with gauze or refuse filter bag, put it into a glass bottle or plastic bottle without oil and water, and put it in a cool place for drinking at any time.
