Step 4: fried peanuts are golden.
Step 5: Ingredients: coriander, mashed garlic and chopped pepper; 3 pieces of coriander, 4 pieces of garlic, 2 spoons of chopped pepper.
Step 6: sweet and sour juice: 4 teaspoons vinegar, 1 teaspoon sugar.
Step 7: a small dish of cooked peanuts.
Step 8: mix the mashed garlic, chopped pepper and coriander in the sweet and sour sauce.
Step 9: pour the sauce of step 8 into the fried peanuts.
Step 10: mix all seasonings and peanuts well, and let it sit for 5 minutes.
