Production steps:
Step 1: prepare the ingredients.
Step 2: stir fry the bean sprouts until they are broken.
Step 3: put the fried bean sprouts into the basin to make the base.
Step 4: saute hot pepper and Chinese prickly ash in oil pan (take out Chinese prickly ash for use).
Step 5: add ginger, garlic and bean paste and stir fry the red oil.
Step 6: add water or stock.
