Introduction:

Production steps:
Step 1: raw chestnuts, you can use scissors to cut chestnuts from the middle, peel.
Step 2: when peeling, the middle layer of film may not fall off easily, but it doesn't matter. It's easy to peel off when it's steamed. On the steamer, about half an hour or so, you can observe while steaming, until cooked, soft.
Step 3: when steaming chestnuts, you can mix with noodles. Knead all the ingredients of material 1 into dough.
No matter which dough you mix, it should be soft. (lard can also be used for this. I use vegetable oil because I'm afraid that too much lard will cause cerebral thrombosis...)
Step 4: knead all the ingredients of material 2 into a dough, preferably with warm water. It makes the dough soft. (remember to have soft dough)
Step 5: knead smooth dough and put it in the fresh box. It can also be covered with plastic wrap. Or a wet towel (dough 1 is bigger than dough 2).
Step 6: I left a chestnut that wasn't cut open, proving that it would be easier to peel it by steaming than raw. Peel off the film left on the chestnuts when it's hot.
Step 7: crush the chestnuts while they are hot. (you can also put chestnuts on the panel and crush them with a rolling pin).
Step 8: add lard and sugar to chestnut powder. Add according to your own taste. (remember chestnuts are sweet)
Step 9: mix chestnut powder, lard and sugar well.
Step 10: divide dough 1, dough 2 and stuffing into small dosage forms with the same quantity.
Step 11: take the small dosage of dough 2 and knead it into pieces. You can also roll it into pieces with a rolling pin (not too thin).
Step 12: put the small dosage of dough 1 on the dosage of dough 2.
Step 13: wrap dough 1 with dough 2 (the skin should be pinched tightly because of oil).
Step 14: roll the wrapped small dose into long strips.
Step 15: roll up along the side and stand still for about 15 minutes (during this period, make other small dosage forms and place them in the order of completion).
Step 16: after standing still for 15 minutes (I didn't look at the time, so I would like to make other small dosage forms) continue rolling the rolled small dosage forms in an oblique direction.
Step 17: continue to roll up along the edge.
Step 18: still again, as shown in the picture. Use in order.

Step 20: flatten the rolled and stationary small dosage form (stand the rolled small dosage form on the panel and press it down obliquely. There will be layers.
Step 21: put the chestnut stuffing on the flattened potion.
Step 22: close the mouth, remember to pinch tightly, otherwise the back will leak out, very troublesome.
Step 23: flatten the small filling agent (the mouth should not be close to the side, but must be below to avoid the filling coming out).
Step 24: press sesame on the top and bottom of the chestnut cake.
