Introduction:

Production steps:
Step 1: soak the spareribs in water for a while and rinse them several times to remove the blood. Wash the yam.
Step 2: cut the yam into pieces.
Step 3: stir fry the spareribs and rinse thoroughly.
Step 4: heat the oil in the pan, add onion and ginger, and stir until fragrant.
Step 5: stir fry the ribs.
Step 6: add soy sauce and soy sauce, continue to stir fry for a while.

Step 8: add yam and simmer for 20 minutes.
