Step 1: take the pot and fill it with water.
Step 2: cut ginger and pepper, then pat garlic.
Step 3: wash the prawns and drain them. Do not remove the prawn thread for beauty.

Step 8: drain the excess water and add to the baking tray.
Step 9: adjust the temperature to 150 ℃ for 5 minutes, and then bake off the excess water.
Step 10: schedule another 90 degrees, and the total roasting time is 60 minutes (because I roasted shrimp for 10 minutes for the first time, and added it for 10 minutes)
Step 11: roast shrimp.
Step 12: after cooling, the shell is crisp and easy to peel off.
Step 13: shrimp is not very dry, but it's chewy.

Note: it's mainly the adjustment of time. It's best to bake in 10 minutes. The temperature should be adjusted by observing the shell color and smelling the flavor. It can't be too high, but it's easy to scorch
