Production steps:
Step 1: cut the pork into strips and smash the garlic.
Step 2: boil hot water in the pot, pour cooking wine into the pot, then add the cut meat, and blanch the blood foam.
Step 3: rinse the blanched meat with water, control the dry water, put it into a covered container, mix with lemon juice, soy sauce, half a teaspoon honey, black pepper, salt, garlic, red pepper, lemon slices, and marinate in the refrigerator for more than 2 hours.
Step 4: put the cured meat on the tin foil covered baking plate, pour the sauce on it, cover it with tin foil and bake in the oven for 15 minutes.
Step 5: take out the meat from the baking plate, put it on the baking net, brush it with honey, bake it for 5 minutes on both sides and color it.
