Braised bread
Introduction:

Production steps:
Step 1: cut off the skin around the bread, then cut it into triangles, and beat the eggs into liquid.
Step 2: heat the pan and add oil. Dip the bread with dry starch and put it into the egg liquid. Deep fry until golden on both sides.
Step 3: in another pot, add oil and onion to stir fry until fragrant, then stir fry the meat until white, then add red oil bean sauce and seasoning. Finally, put the fried bread into the pan and mix well.

Note: when frying bread, do not use fire, burning bread without salt, because bean sauce is salty. The bread should not be burned too long, it should be quickly out of the pot.
