Spare ribs with beans
Introduction:
"I marinated the ribs the night before and put some barbecue sauce in it."
Production steps:
Step 1: wash the spareribs and blanch them in water with scallion, ginger and cooking wine for 2 minutes.
Step 2: take out the foam and blood.
Step 3: heat oil in wok, saute onion, ginger and garlic, add pepper, red pepper and star anise.
