Production steps:
Step 1: wash the pig liver, cut it into 4-6 pieces according to its size, soak it in water for about 1 hour to eliminate residual blood and toxin; wash it before cooking, cut it into thin slices, then put it into a basket, rinse it under tap water and control it to dry;
Step 2: stir sauce: mix the right amount of soy sauce, chicken essence, refined salt, sugar, cooking wine, soup (or water) and starch to make sauce;
Step 3: wash and slice the winter bamboo shoots, carrots and Cucumbers (the pickled winter bamboo shoots are delicious); soak the dried black fungus in advance, remove the impurities from the head and break them into small pieces; cut the garlic and ginger into small pieces for later use;
