Salt water zongzi
Introduction:
"It's another year when the leaves of rice dumplings are fragrant. This year's Dragon Boat Festival is doomed to be different. It can't respond to the call of the state to take three days off, because those three days are just the days to go through the formalities for graduates to leave school. To stick to our posts, we have to work overtime for two weeks. So last weekend, I made some rice dumplings at home to celebrate the Dragon Boat Festival in advance. This is my first time to make rice dumplings "Fu, ha ha"
Production steps:
Step 1: soak glutinous rice for 7 hours.
Step 2: Add 20 cents borax (Figure 2).
Step 3: turn it yellow (in my hometown, my mother uses straw ash or a plant on the mountain, but I can only use these food additives in the city, I can't help it).
Step 4: take a piece of rice dumpling leaf and roll it as shown in Figure 4.
Step 5: first put a red jujube, and then spoon the glutinous rice. Figure 5.
Step 6: use chopsticks to plug tightly. Figure 6: the tighter, the more energetic the way is (repeated many times until it is full). It is often said that you are very Q and like the feeling of QQ.
Step 7: tighten both sides of the tundish.
Step 8: fold the long part in again.
Step 9: take a rice dumpling rope and tie it firmly.
Step 10: good look.
Step 11: wrapped rice dumplings.
Step 12: boil for 45 minutes, OK.
Step 13: cook and eat......

Glutinous rice: right amount
Borax: right amount
Zongye: right amount
Red dates: moderate
Note: the leaves and rope of rice dumplings should be washed clean, and it is easy to disinfect the dumplings after boiling (add some salt), especially the rope of rice dumplings is not easy to break.
