Production steps:

Step 15: cooking steps: put the washed rice into a casserole and add appropriate amount of water to boil the porridge. Make sure that the porridge boils quickly with a high fire, and then slowly boil it with a low fire to make it soft, erosive and delicious.
Step 16: in the process of porridge making, wash the garlic and celery, cut them into small pieces, and cut the ginger into small pieces.
