Production steps:
Step 1: pork with skin.
Step 2: onion, ginger, seasoning bag.
Step 3: slice pork, size, thickness according to personal preference, but the thickness should not exceed 2.5cm.
Step 4: mix 30 grams of sweet flour sauce, 10 grams of old soy sauce, 50 grams of raw soy sauce, sugar and chicken essence to make a sauce. The best time to marinate the cut pork with sauce is not less than 2 hours and not more than 24 hours.
