Production steps:
Step 1: 150g cotton candy, 150g full fat sweet milk powder, 130g peeled and cooked peanuts.
Step 2: take a special container for microwave oven, sprinkle some milk powder in the container, and pour the marshmallow into the container. Put it in the microwave oven for 1 minute.
Step 3: (my microwave oven 700W), cotton candy all expand up, stir evenly.
Step 4: quickly pour in the milk powder and stir.
Step 5: quickly pour in the peanuts and stir.
Step 6: it's very viscous and not easy to stir. I wait for it to cool slightly. I sprinkle some milk powder on my hands and put it on my hands. If you really can't figure it out, you can go into the microwave oven again, and you can control the time yourself.
Step 7: put the sugar dough into the fresh-keeping bag.
Step 8: roll it into 1.5cm or 2cm thick piece with rolling pin.
Step 9: then cut into pieces with a knife, put them in the refrigerator and freeze them for 2 hours.

Note: the best choice for marshmallow is white vanilla flavor without stuffing. The flavor of the candy bar is pure and the color is beautiful. I didn't buy it, so I used the marshmallow filled with chocolate. It tastes good. I don't know why this chocolate is pink. It looks like strawberry~~~
