Stewed spareribs with Pu'er tea
Introduction:

Production steps:
Step 1: put Pu'er tea into tea bag.
Step 2: turn the teabag mouth over and seal it.
Step 3: wash the spareribs, blanch and drain.
Step 4: heat the oil in the pan, add onion and ginger to make it fragrant.
Step 5: stir fry the spareribs evenly.
Step 6: add water 1-2cm before ribs, put tea bag and star anise after boiling.
Step 7: simmer over high heat for 10 minutes, turn to low heat and simmer for half an hour until the soup is thick. Put salt 10 minutes before leaving the pot and rock sugar 5 minutes before leaving.
Step 8: Sprinkle with scallion or coriander.

Rib: 500g
Pu'er tea: 5g
Oil: 2 tbsp
Scallion: right amount
Ginger: right amount
Star anise: 1
Rock sugar: 2 pieces
Salt: 1 teaspoon
Note: if you feel that Pu'er tea is too bitter, you can make tea with enough hot water and pour tea soup into the pot instead of water. There's no need to put the tea bag directly.
