Strawberry tiramisu
Introduction:

Production steps:
Step 1: mix the yolk and sugar.

Step 3: in the process of waiting for cooling, treat strawberries, 1 / 3 beat them into strawberry juice, 1 / 3 slice them, 1 / 3 cut them into small pieces, and add rum wine into strawberry juice.
Step 4: add mascarpone to the cooled egg yolk and stir well.
Step 5: soak the biscuits in strawberry juice and lay them on the bottom of the mold. Take out the biscuits immediately when they enter the strawberry juice. If the time is a little longer, the biscuits will affect the taste if they are too soft.
Step 6: spread a layer of yolk milk evenly, and spread the sliced strawberries on it.
Step 7: spread a layer of biscuits stained with strawberry juice, spread the egg yolk milk, and finally sprinkle the strawberries evenly. Refrigerate for more than 4 hours.

Note: this method of dealing with crema is rare. It only uses the yolk part. It's the prescription of my boyfriend's mother. The main reason is that the cooked eggs are healthy. Personally, I don't think there is much difference in taste. If you don't mind, you can still use the yolk and protein to stir them together with mascarpone. When I made strawberries, they were just on the market. The price was expensive. The main reason was that the taste of strawberries was not very strong.
