Production steps:
Step 1: according to the general bread making process, knead all the ingredients except butter into dough, knead until the gluten, add butter and continue kneading until the complete stage. Ferment to twice the size at room temperature, squeeze out the air in the dough, divide the dough into three parts, knead round and let it wake up at room temperature for 15 minutes. Step 2: take a good dough and roll it into long strips with a rolling pin. The width is the same as that of the toast mold.
Step 3: roll the dough from top to bottom. Make sure it's tight.
Step 4: put the rolled dough down into the bottom of the toast box.
Step 5: roll up the other two portions of dough in the same way and drain them into the bottom of the toast box in turn.
Step 6: put the toast box at 38 ℃ and 85% humidity for final fermentation. When the head of the dough ferments and the toast box is full, cover the lid of the toast box. Put it into a preheated oven and bake for about 35 minutes.
Step 7: open the toast box and the delicious toast is ready.
Step 8: demould the toast while it is hot, put it on the cooling rack, cool it to the same temperature as the palm, put it in the fresh-keeping bag, seal it, and slice it the next day.
Step 9: after cutting, it has a grain of flour.
